JUGS - Photo Week

Goodness, I LOVE the photo at Just Us Girls (JUGS) this week (below) and I love my card BUT when you leave home before daylight and arrive home after daylight, what do you do? You make the best of it and snap a photo in the very large flower pot outside the office. 😁

I had a lot of fun creating this one! I started with a kraft piece of cardstock (reminded me of the grocery sacks in the photo); stamped THIS shiplap background in TE Sugar Cube - very faint on the kraft. I then used the Tim Holtz Ledger Script stamp and added some red splashes of text. I then die cut the entire panel using two of The Greetery's Nordic Frames dies. I decided to take the leftover outside border - just a thin rectangle and coat it with TE Mocha ink to represent the darker wood you see in the photo. The innermost panel of the Nordic Frame was mounted with fun foam.

I die cut then stamped the Rustic Wreath from The Greetery in two different greens; I added a twine bow and Altenew enamel dots to finish it off. The final piece was foiling the JOY (I chose a color that looked similar to the faucet) and adding the embossed sub sentiment on vellum, both from The Greetery's Opposites Attract Holiday stamp, die and foil set.

Thanks for stopping by!
