Short and unique post.
This is a card I made this past week; pretty simple. I embossed 1/4" in on each side of the front panel, layered the Two Scoops DP; stamped the image from SU's Baroque Burgundy on more DP from Two Scoops, punched it out; sponged the edges and added a rhinestone to the middle of the image. Added the word "cherish" in the lower right-hand corner, added some glitter to the flowers of the DP (you'll probably need to click on the image to see the glitter) and ta-da, that's it.
AND that's all I have to say about the card; tell me what you think...then I'll come back later and tell you what I think. :)
Hope you're having a fabulous weekend; thanks for peeking in!!
Two things that stood out to me right away were the embossed edge (I don't have a scoring tool yet and would like to try this tech...) and the Cherish being stamped in black...really nicely done!
ReplyDeleteI think it is very pretty..love the embossing and the glitter details!!!
ReplyDeleteI think it's a cute card! About the ribbon buy in: I'm not sure about the colors. I just ramdomly picked colors this time, so I guess it would depend on what everybody likes, but I'm up for ideas.
ReplyDeleteI love this card....I really do love this paper anyway, together with the bluey green one from two scoops it has to be my favourite. as for the card, I think its mega, love the way you have done the image :-)
