Guess what? I am slowly, oh so slowly beginning to create again and boy do I miss it! It's always been my 'down time', 'alone time', 'mommy time' (a/k/a leave me alone before I come unglued) - HA - that's not always true, but I'm sure most crafters can relate!!
I made all 5 of these cards the night before my surgery - so that would have been 2/12/13; they are all identical with LOTS of distressing and sponging. Pretty straight forward but lots of layers, gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous ribbon that was gifted to me by a very special "bug" and some jute twine. I have to admit, I don't mind making sympathy cards when I can make them in bulk and they aren't for a "specific" need - I should remember that!
The main image is "Upsy Daisy" from Stampin' Up - I've had it forever and have always loved it. The sentiment is from Verve Visual.
