Happy, happy Monday! And Happy 4th of July to you!
Any special plans today? My hubby and little man return today and tomorrow is a big day for us - CT Scan for our little man. Praying for a big fat NEGATIVE on that! :D
Anyway, this week at The House That Stamps Built we're sharing the Stamp of the Week - God Bless America. You can purchase this same image for 50% off this week only, so be sure to stop by The House That Stamps Built to get all the deets.
I made a clear card for this stamp; love the beauty of the flag. I used markers to get the two tone colors of the flag and letters; layered it onto some Pure Poppy card stock; then placed a blue Bazzill layer of card stock on the INSIDE to cover all the adhesive. The writing section is GKD white cut with a border punch; then more Pure Poppy red on the very backside, once again to cover the adhesive. FUN!!!
Love clear cards; really should do them more often!
Thanks for stopping by, don't forget to hop over to The House That Stamps Built to check out the great deal AND see all the other amazing creations by the Rock Stars!
...a big thank you to those that have served, those that are currently serving and those that sacrificed THEIR lives for OUR FREEDOM....
Hugs, M.
