Wags 'n Whiskers & Crafts 4 Eternity

Hi friends - hope you are all well!

I hit a little speed bump and am delayed in getting my post up. :(

I paired up our great sketch at Crafts 4 Eternity and our challenge of Fall Colors at Wags 'n Whiskers to make this delightfully fun card! Wouldn't this be a great young boy's bday card? I think so!

Instead of the sentiment across the bottom, I embossed lots of birthday sentiments on the chevron paper, sponged with Spiced Marmalade and then tied on some twine. That's a fun little cuttlebug embossing edger that I used on the top and bottom of the card. Tough to see in the picture, but I added some funky stitching to the top and bottom of the embossed chevron panel.

Toby was colored with Copics, clear Wink of Stella was used on the ribbon of the package, party hat, and the balloon. I also sponged Old Paper onto the xPress It Copic paper so it wasn't such a stark white.
