We have a new bi-weekly challenge up over at Ladybug Crafts Ink - use kraft cardstock. I adore kraft cardstock... a lot...and I love that you can have kraft envelopes too - delightful!
I needed a birthday card and love this Nikki birthday image (70% off in the store - WOWZA); I stamped the image onto kraft cardstock using Memento Rich Cocoa and colored her up with a mix of Copics, colored pencils and spica glitter pens. I used some ribbon from Verve Visual which is somewhat kraft-y in color. I added a double bow and tied on a red button with some twine to finish it off.
OK, seriously - did you laugh at the sentiments on the inside? :D
Layout comes from The Pink Elephant - TPE224; cute layout. That's it, I'll see you again this week, until then have some fun...get inky with some kraft cardstock and join the fun at LCI!!
Hugs,

ReplyDeleteThis is a really brilliant card, forgot I have this image but must rectify it very soon.
Your colouring is fabulous and love the black and white papers, the die, ribbon and button matches the image superbly.
