Remember THIS card? Yeah...no wedding bells in this card either. tee heeThe same friend needed another wedding card - this time the colors were hot pink and black. I told her I was taking it a totally different direction and I think I did!
I saw THIS tutorial by Julia Stainton and wanted to give it a try - love her card in black! I used 2 different floral sets from Verve Visual - Great Friend and Bloom and Grow and used black with Raspberry Fizz as the accent color. I tied on some black satin ribbon and added some gems to each of the small flowers.
Can you see the 2 hearts I added around the satin bow? They are by Heidi Swapp - love how they overlap since the wedding will be the joining of two hearts. :D
I finished the inside with a sentiment from Big & Bold Wishes, the gorgeous heart border punch from Martha Stewart and a small strip of black to offset the hearts.
