These were a couple of cards I made for Father's Day this year. I love the sentiment which comes from Verve Visual's "Dad's Day". Pretty simple straightforward stamping. I rounded the corners on one of the cards for a nice variety and the other has DP punched with fleur de lis' inside and out.
I love the textured DP by Stampin' Up; such great colors.
You can't tell from the pictures, but I colored the word "Father" on each card with a light gold glitter pen - adds a nice shimmer IRL.
Thanks for stopping by; this will most likely be my last post for a few weeks; we leave Wednesday for a mega-vacation!! Take care; hugs, ~M.

ReplyDelete....and oh my gosh, we LOVED the end of last night's race!! My husband is a HUGE Tony fan so he was happy that Tony won, but what he REALLY got excited about was that Kyle got wrecked out....the ONLY driver that we don't like is Kyle! Can't stand him.
Sweet dreams!
P.S.....we call Kyle "Shrubby" Hee!
