The TLT gang is back this week and we're playing bingo; I had never played bingo before when creating a card so this was something new for me - I hit a lot of the blocks, but not sure I really have a bingo - HA! Always the rebel of the group!
Let's see, I have ribbon, embossing (can we pretend the flock is felt - then I SCORE, spots, punches/die cuts) - not too bad but no true bingo unless we bend the rules slightly!!
I had so much fun making this card; it was made for a friend hosting a baby shower in which the theme was pumpkins with coral/chocolate as the colors. Ah - love about anything with chocolate ya know!
This sweet little baby was colored with Copics, flocking was added to the top of her blanket, some embossing, layering, twill ribbon which I stamped on and then I tried to make the inside as pretty as the outside.
Hope you'll join our bingo challenge this week; we so enjoy seeing your creations! And don't forget to hop over to the Challenge Blog to see if you were a winner from last week AND if you'd like, you can leave our Head Ladycow late birfday wishes.
... sleeping babies with butts in the air are beyond precious ...
Hugs,

OMG MP, you are so dead when Kerry sees that!! :-) Fabulous card, I really love these colours and I would never have thought of using that paper for a baby card, but it so works! Pami x

ReplyDeleteLOL Michele,me thinks the old P45 pad will definately be making an appearance some time soon!.x
ReplyDeleteBrilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Love this Michele!
ReplyDelete{snigger} love your interpretation of the challenge!! felt/flock... well two of the letters are the same, so works for me :-D And Bingo hopscotch could be THE latest craze.
ReplyDeleteI got dragged to a proper bingo hall once, and thought I'd won, and it was a big prize... but I'd mucked up somewhere or another. Honestly being glared at by 1000 women is SO intimidating, and I had to leave to the sound of much tutting in my general direction... NEVER again... hmmm makes you wonder why I picked this challenge!!
Michele, this is adorable! I love the colors you used and I really like the way you play bingo lol!
ReplyDeleteWell there's really not much to say about this ... one thing I will comment on is your time keeping was spot on ... imagine being on time for the first time in over a year and not 5 hours early!!! 64 indeed...obviously I'm sacking my plastic surgeon since he's got a problem with time as well...I asked him to turn the clock BACK not FORWARD hmph! I guess as MP you can make the rules to suit yourself...you're lucky I used my last P45 slip to wipe the drool off Rocky's face otherwise it would have been winging it's way to you. Let's just call it a verbal warning for now ;-D Did you go to drama school cuz you're great at interpretation lol. LOVE the fleck (flock/felt) on the blankie ... gorgeous colours. xx ps do you have as much trouble playing tiddly winks???
ReplyDeleteUtterly sweet and adorable, Michele!!
