Valentine's Day?

Do you ever visit stores and complain because they have Christmas decorations out at Halloween? Well, I'm going to push you right over the edge by sharing a Valentine's Day card - HA! I think it's definitely one of my FAVORITE days for creating cards. This was 'just for fun' stamping although it started out rather painful - but in the end, it came together and I like it. It's definitely busy!

The layout is Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #197 (SSSC197). The papers are some older valentine papers - Devoted. I adhered the ticket's to a piece of Dark Chocolate cardstock but also punched out the area between each ticket so they would resemble more of the typical tickets you receive at an arcade. Lots of stitching, the adorable Jotted Heart die from Verve Visual - cut twice - once from DP, one from Chocolate cardstock. I then added the "U" die, also from Verve Visual which was embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and covered in clear Wink of Stella glitter (BTW, my pen is OUT of glitter...must buy immediately)!

If you notice, the heart says 'adore' right in the middle, so I was thinking it would be "Adore You", "Love You", "Cherish You" or just about anything. And the ONLY stamping is the inside which I decorated with several flags and an "I love you" sentiment from Papertreyink.

Thanks for stopping by; hope you have a great week!

Hugs,
