A day late, a dollar short and a few marbles...

short too...no comment needed. LOL

Yesterday, the amazing TLT Ladybugs posted their cards for Jolly Julie's challenge - "Loves Me, Loves Me Not"; I quickly knew I wanted to use the "Grow Old With Me" stamp from the Ladybug Crafts Ink Wrinkley collection - seriously peeps, aren't they just the cutest couple? I wanna chair like that so hubby and I can sit and cuddle together!!

The layout is Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch #151. I didn't want to cover my image so I ran the ribbon behind my image and made a poofy flower from a paperback book. Gosh, I just love making them - they don't add too much dimension and are oh so easy. I edged this one in Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade. The heart is tied with button twine from PTI, tied with a bow which I looped around the paperback flower. <3

The image is colored with Copics; the inside is decorated with a couple sentiments from the "Grow Old With Me" stamp set and more stitching. Kinda like Karen, I had a great time stitching all my panels.

I RARELY use orange - but I thought it turned out pretty cute! Thanks for popping in; be sure to check out what the other bugs created and leave them some love. We can all use a little love!

... wrinkley & STILL in love ...

PS - for those keeping up on Kaitlyn; our first week of physical therapy didn't go so well; we saw no improvement and her pain didn't lessen; therefore she moved to crutches on Monday. We go back for physical therapy on Thursday - REALLY praying for progress! I post updates on Facebook too if you want to follow along.

Hugs,
