HA - isn't that hysterical? Love Stella from Bugaboo images - and what a great sentiment! I used Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #172; some new papers from Carta Bella and a bit of fluffy white stuff. Oh yes, I used  my white gel pen to add a design to Stella's outfit and finished the front with a double loop with some PTI Kraft ribbon. I finished the inside with more DP, a couple Verve dies and the sentiment.

Christmas is Coming!

Greetings - boy what a special treat this week at Crafty Creations; we have images from Beccy's Place celebrating "Christmas is Coming" - much too quickly I might add! LOL I chose this Merry Christmas sentiment - isn't it BEAUTIFUL? I love the ribbon running through the word "Merry".

I colored the image dark to light/top to bottom with Copics; I'm going to do the next one vertical and add snow to the letters - won't that be cute?

I embossed the main panel with a quilt pattern; made me think of a warm winter at grandma's; I also added an embossed edge around the main panel and some 3D glaze in yellow to the center of each flower.

Black Sheep?

Yes - I am the ultimate Black Sheep - hope they don't kick me off the team... :(

I love what I created with these new boxes Ladybug Crafts Ink is carrying - LOVE IT - but as I went to upload it, I saw our theme was SNOWFLAKES...um, that's correct, there is not a SINGLE snowflake on my creation. :(

I actually cut my box in half and created a stationery holder - envelopes on one side, cards on the other; or you could do each side with sets of cards and envelopes mixed together - either way would work. I used Lauri's instructions here and increased the overall measurements just a smidge to allow for a pen (held with the ribbon) and the width of the box 1" (so when cut in half, 2 inches together). There are lots of different sizes available in the shop:

4 1/8" x 4 1/16" x 1" - 45p each

5 5/8" x 5 1/2" x 1" - 60p each

4 7/8" x 6 5/8" x 1" - 60p each

6 1/8" x 6 1/16" x 1" - 70p each

4 1/2" x 5 7/8" x 1" -  60p each

Welcome back to another week at Cupcake Inspirations - I LOVE THIS INSPIRATION PHOTO; I see polka dots and more polka dots...and you know I LOVE POLKA DOTS! :D

And in my typical procrastination mode; I was rushing a bit to make a bday gift for a party our youngest daughter is going to - in a rush, make a bday bag gift!! I tossed in 2 Christmas scented hand sanitizers, a little wallet notepad and some moo-lah. The polka dot kraft sack was purchased from Mish Mash; I wrapped the sack with some pink paper, added the word "beautiful" and a pink heart from Heidi Swapp (the word is a purplish-brown color - so cool IRL); die cut the flower and added a big ole pink brad - lots of scrumptiousness packed into the little bag. I finished it off with a pink and brown polka dot organza ribbon.

Hi there friends! I'm back with a post for Crafty Creations using NO FLOWERS! You know I love my DP and do you know there are lots of flowers in DP - LOL! Alas, I was still successful!

I also teamed this challenge up with A Passion for Papertrey and dug out a stamp set that I LOVE but have only used one other time! That's sad, just sad.

I used some super bright and cheerful papers from MME and Jen's November Sketch For You To Try, finished it off with some stitching, the die cut phone (seriously - YOU are just jealous you don't have a cool red chevron phone like that) and some jute twine for the cord. :D

Welcome back to another challenge over at the Ladybug Challenge Blog - this week, we were challenged to use things you would find in the office...I have one little item. :D A paperclip; but it's just perfect for holding on this cute little sentiment flag!

I used "Winestool Nikki"; although I prefer to call her Bar Stool Nikki - LOL (Queenie hates when I do that!). tee hee

I love this image and she's perfect for wishing anyone a happy birthday! I used the layout from The Sweet Stop (SSS183) and colors from CR84FN (#66) - tan, cream and grey - pretty color combo; I pulled in a bit of pink from the DP also.
